Coaching Education:

All You Need Is Your Own Socrates

AiCAN.ACADEMY Social Cooperative Enterprise, through the philosophy of High Emotional Coaching, designs and delivers experiential learning programs that empower individuals to develop self-awareness, confidence, and practical tools to consciously redefine their relationship with work and life.

Within this framework, the workshop “Coaching Education: All You Need Is Your Own Socrates” was delivered — a dynamic and experiential seminar centered on the power of meaningful questions, self-observation, and personal responsibility.
Rather than providing ready-made answers, the workshop activates each participant’s inner wisdom, critical thinking, and capacity for conscious decision-making.

Career Day – “Creating the Future Together”

The workshop took place on 22 November 2023 at IASIS at Work in Thessaloniki, as part of the Career Day – “Creating the Future Together”, through the collaboration between AiCAN.ACADEMY Social Cooperative Enterprise and IASIS NGO.

This initiative was designed to offer knowledge, guidance, and practical insight to unemployed individuals supported by the center, strengthening both their inner resources and their readiness to re-enter the labor market with clarity and confidence.

Collaboration Between AiCAN.ACADEMY SCE & IASIS NGO

IASIS NGO, through its IASIS at Work center, provides structured psychosocial support, education, and professional development actions for unemployed individuals and employees, aiming at social inclusion and labor market reintegration.

By joining forces, AiCAN.ACADEMY SCE and IASIS NGO created a safe learning environment for dialogue, reflection, and exchange of experiences, where beneficiaries of the center had the opportunity to:

explore the core principles of coaching
identify internal blocks and limiting beliefs
strengthen self-awareness and self-confidence
gain a renewed perspective on work, personal choices, and future possibilities

This collaboration is based on a shared belief: that access to meaningful knowledge, empowerment, and practical information is a fundamental pillar for building a sustainable professional future — especially for individuals navigating transitional periods of unemployment.

Creating the Future Together

Through initiatives like this, AiCAN.ACADEMY Social Cooperative Enterprise and IASIS NGO continue to invest in educational actions with real social impact — programs that go beyond theory and respond to real-life challenges and human needs.
