FCEM World Congress 2024 – Sydney, Australia

It was a great honor and personal joy to participate in the FCEM World Congress 2024, the global congress of the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM), held in October 2024 in Sydney, Australia, bringing together women entrepreneurs and leaders from more than 70 countries worldwide.

My participation took place in the context of representing Greece through the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Greece (SEGE), contributing to international dialogue on women entrepreneurship, conscious leadership and the evolving challenges faced by women in business today.

A central topic highlighted throughout the congress discussions was the importance of emotional balance for women entrepreneurs as a key pillar of sustainable success, resilience and healthy leadership. In high-pressure and fast-changing business environments, emotional self-regulation, self-awareness and inner stability were recognized as essential competencies for decision-making, stress management and long-term professional growth.

The congress served as a powerful platform for global networking, knowledge exchange and sharing best practices, reinforcing the value of international collaboration and collective empowerment among women entrepreneurs.

Participation in the FCEM World Congress 2024 strengthens my ongoing commitment to advancing women entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, and leadership models that integrate human sustainability, balance and social impact.
