Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (FEW) 2023 – SEGE | Mentoring & Social Entrepreneurship

On the occasion of the Global Women’s Entrepreneurship Day (19 November), AiCAN.ACADEMY Social Cooperative Enterprise actively participated in the Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (FEW) 2023, a flagship international initiative organized by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Greece (SEGE), held in Thessaloniki at the Grand Hotel Palace.

The Female Entrepreneurial Week (FEW) is a multi-day event dedicated to women entrepreneurship, mentoring, innovation and sustainable development, bringing together entrepreneurs, mentors, organizations and stakeholders from Greece and Europe to exchange knowledge, good practices and success stories.

As part of the event, AiCAN Academy had the honor to present its work and impact in the fields of social entrepreneurship, mentoring, emotional intelligence and conscious leadership, highlighting its contribution over the past three years to empowerment-driven educational and mentoring initiatives.

Special focus was placed on the SEGE Mentoring Program, emphasizing the role of mentoring as a strategic tool for professional development, leadership cultivation and sustainable business growth, particularly for women entrepreneurs and social innovators.

Through meaningful discussions with mentors and SEGE representatives, the initiative highlighted the benefits of structured mentoring, the exchange of experiences and the success stories of mentees, reinforcing the importance of guidance, collaboration and community-driven learning ecosystems.

AiCAN Academy’s participation in Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (FEW) 2023 reflects its ongoing commitment to female entrepreneurship, social impact education and the development of inclusive mentoring ecosystems that support long-term professional and social transformation.
